Hello,

I have a chatbot published since a few months and the icon was displayed correctly. I have not made any changes recently but noticed that the icon is not showing. How can I fix this - it just shows a blue dot? Was there a recent update that caused this?

Icon is not showing up

Hi MSPPQ ,

Current requirement:

Icon should be in PNG format and less than 30 KB in size.

In Copilot Studio, go to the chatbot's settings and reupload the desired icon image. This may resolve any issues with pathing or cached values. Sometimes, browsers cache images and elements, so any changes made to the icon may not reflect immediately. Try clearing the browser cache or checking in incognito mode.
