Move file based on "choice"

New to power automate so apologize if this is "simple" but no one here at work seems to know about power automate.  Currently have 2 libraries... "Working Files" and "Financial Review" and added a "Choice" column "Status" for the files in the folder.  The choices are "Working" / "Review" / "Final" and what I am trying to do is when the file is ready, they we can change the choice from "Working" to "Review" and based on that change, like the power automate to move the file from the "working" library to the "Financial Review" library.   Now, have been able to put it on a "schedule" but it is obvious that with all the people using the site, we need for it to move instantly so every 1 min, etc simply does not work.  Is there away to have the file move once the choice "status" is changed?

Hello, I was wondering if this worked for you I am having almost the same issue, I have my flow set up almost the same but I am wondering what you changed to get it to work from the last photo you posted?

Yes, it should be in the dynamic content.  Probably listed as 'Status Value'.

Would the "status" which is a choice option, be considered a dynamic content variable?  Sorry to ask what you may consider basic questions but have to start somewhere and rather start on the right foot and appreciate all the help I can get to do so.

That looks about right, but you should be using a dynamic content variable for the file to move field.  Also, as I said it won't be instantaneous.  It can take up to about 5 minutes before the change is noticed.

Does the below look right for what needs to be done?  It works but only when I manually runs....

I'm assuming when you say "library" you mean a SharePoint library.  If that is the case then you could change the trigger to be When a file is created or modified (properties only) That trigger will fire whenever the file or its metadata is modified.   You can then check the Status column and move the file if appropriate. Nothing is going to be instantaneous, but that will be better suited to your scenario than a recurrence trigger.
