Convert HTML to PDF not in a Table Format

Hello Community

I need your help please!
I've created a flow where I am converting HTML to PDF, the flow runs with no errors.

The issue I have is the PDF convert does not look like a table,

I'm looking for help to get this in a more friendly looking PDF that will show the data in a table
