Grant permissions for a user

Hi,

I have a flow that grants permissions. I use the "grant access to an item or folder" connector. is it possible to grant 2 permissions for a single user? I tried but it didn't work.

  1. First I assign the "collaboration" permission

2.  Second read permission

I check and I see that it is just collaboration that is attributed

That action doesn't actually assign permissions to a user.  It changes the sharing settings for the user.  Sharing an item will change the underlying permissions, but it only assigns the highest sharing permissions given.  When providing permissions you can give a user two permission levels.  If the permission levels contain different permissions the result will be a combination of the two permission levels.  But when sharing the Read permission level is a subset of the Contribute Permission level.  So assigning both is the same as giving only Contribute. Since you are sharing, not assigning Permission levels directly, you only get the permission level that is the highest.
