Scenario: When a mail arrives to Gmail having document attachment then we have to store the document in one drive.
  • Create Flow → Go to Power AutomateAutomated cloud flow → Select "When a new email arrives" (Gmail).
  • Set Gmail Trigger → Sign in → Enable "Has Attachments" → (Optional) Apply filters (From, Subject).
  • Add OneDrive Action → Choose "Create file" → Set folder path, file name, and content.
  • Test & Save → Run test, send an email with an attachment, check OneDrive.

Challenges Faced:
1. Test connection failed. Details: Request had insufficient authentication scopes. clientRequestId: fe6ca08b-ee6c-df0d-d77f-b444b4b1f9e3
Solution: We have to sign in to Gmail

2. Some of the connections are not authorized yet. If you just created a workflow from a template, please add the authorized connections to your workflow before saving.
Solution: We have to sign in to OneDrive

    Hi

    1. Please share images of the actual errors please.
    2. Neither of these are actual concerns to me. When you open a template you are required to authenticate, AKA log into the connections that it will create for you after you sign in, assuming you sign in successfully.

So I am not sure what the actual issue is. Its as its expected.
