get data from List and excel limitation by automate cloud flow

By using 'list rows present in a table', it is only possible to get maxium 256 data rows from a excel table.

And by using 'let items, it is only possible to get maxium 100 data rows from a list in a sharepoint.

 

Is it related to enviroment setting or related to default setting?
