I currently have a flow that converts PNG and GIF files into JPG files. After converting the files to JPG files, internal processes convert the JPG into a PDF. When converting a GIF into a JPG, the internal PDF conversion process has errors, but runs fine when the original file is a PNG. Does the Convert File action leave behind artifacts from the original file?

I've discovered while inspecting the original GIF and converted JPG files that the OneDrive Convert File action is only changing a few bytes in the first few lines of the GIF when converting.
