Adaptive Cards displaying for some users but not others

Adaptive cards stopped displaying for some users. Others are able to see them and work them as they come in others only see the power automate bot. Seemingly happened a few days ago. validated the version was the same on the users that could view it and the ones that can't.

Confirmed it is working correctly on the web version of Teams just not in the desktop app.

Same thing happening here. Adaptive Cards in the desktop app (both Windows/macOS) are not showing in Channels (they show fine in chats). Channel Adaptive Cards show correctly in a Web Browser and mobile app

We were able to find this process for clearing the TEAMS cache and it worked.

There was an update on 10/31 which i think triggered some sort of issue for some users
