Survey123 Power automate ArcGIS Portal

I am trying to create a connection to send email when a surveys from Survey123 is submitted. The surveys are hosted on our GIS Portal and not online. How can I accomplish this connection without using online, but on premise gis portal enterprise? I try flow, but that is asking for a Gisonline connection.

We have created a custom connector and have been using our portal survey123 items for about a year now. Here is a tutorial on how to do it. @benl

So there is no PowerAutomate connection to Portal/Enterprise, yet. Not until ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 comes out, supposedly any day now (2023 Q1, March). I'm waiting anxiously.

I was very disappointed to learn last year that if I wanted to hook PowerAutomate into my Survey123 forms or data, I was forced to remake things in AGOL. Welcome to the club.
