Need Help: Form in Canvas Apps to Pick Managers only

I'm building an app in Power Apps and I have a form where you need to choose an 'Approval Manager'. I want to make sure that when you're picking from the list, you can only choose people who are managers.

I inputted this in Default but it is expecting record value

ThisItem.'Approval Manager'.JobTitle

How should I proceed from here?

The role column stands for column which saves roles of people, you can replace it with yours column.

I tried inputting role but there is not role for me to select. only Jobtitle

What is the control for selecting managers? Could you please show more details?

If it is a drop down and you just want to show managers in drop down list, please try this.

Items of drop down.

Filter(DataSource,Role="Manager")//The DataSource saves all people and has a role column.
