V3 when a new email arrives flow failure

I have a simple flow that V3 has  randomly failed , giving error "Operation: Create; Exception: [Status Code: Forbidden; Reason: The operation failed with a permanent mailbox error.Error Details: QuotaExceededException:The process failed to get the correct properties.,MapiExceptionShutoffQuotaExceeded:MapiExceptionShutoffQuotaExceeded: GetPropertiesAll operation has failed (hr=0x80004005, ec=1245)

This is a cron job email that comes into a service account daily, the flows are not picking up the email and attachment any more , I have emptied the email box out and it  still fails it is not a capacity issue  , checked firewalls and permissions   no changes , the mail box is not corrupted as it recieves many more cron job emails from other sources daily successfully just this flow will not trigger any more. no-one has touched the account to make it fail please help .

    From what I can see, the connection either has issues or the connection doesn't have the permission to access the mailbox.
     
    I suggest you either use a new connection that has the permission to access the mailbox or check the permission of the identity that is used in the connection to see if it has necessary permissions.
