My company has a flow that takes responses from a Microsoft Form. It is failing. The error is:

UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {"error":{"code":"OperationForbidden","message":"Unauthorized Access","innerError":{"code":"UnauthorizedAccess"}}}

I see others have inquired about UnauthorizedAccess to CDB with no responses. What does this mean? It is clearly something related to permissions but I don't know how to resolve. Thank you.
