Reading email ID from the input HTML

Hi Colleagues ,

 

I’m trying to get the “Line Manager” email address using below input in create file  action   and  use the email in send email action to send an email .

I have written below expression , but seems its wrong ,, I’m new to Power Automate .. Pls advice

    Hi @ajithd6368 ,

     

    Could you please show your html page?
    You can try to convert your Html to string with Html to text action, and then use split() to get the email address.

    Sorry for the late response .. was out of the country ..

     

    as you advised , added a action HTML to Text .. and here the output 

     

    Employee Information

    Name AJITHHH Employee ID 34567 Job Title Line Manager ajithd6565@gmail.com
    Department Dept Head SMT Cost Center 12321 Crest Code

     

    ----

    I need to extract the email ID from above text .. email ID will be printed always after the  Line Manager .. Would you pls write  me a split expression  to this work .

    Hi @ajithd6368 ,

     

    If your email address is always between Line Manager and Department, we can use them as the dividing line.
     

     

    replace(split(split(outputs('Compose'),'Line Manager ')[1],'Department')[0],decodeUriComponent('%0A'),'')
