Power Automate for Desktop Sign-in Issue with OneDrive Error and Lost flows

Hello,

I have been using the Power Automate Desktop app for a few weeks with no problems, but since yesterday morning Power Automate has been giving me errors related to One Drive.

First, I can't open my flows which are saved, giving Onedrive error message as "Access denied" as below.

Correlation Id: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Access denied
Exception message: Access denied
Http status code: Forbidden

Later, my flows were missing from the My flows page, with the following error message.

"Power Automate error" - "An error has occurred while communicating with the cloud services. Make sure that access to the required cloud services aren't blocked and try again."

Tried multiple ways to get back my flows as below.

*I restarted my pc multiple times still issue is not resolved.
*I have uninstalled and installed again power automate but still issue is not resolved.
*I have deleted the cache files also.

But nothing helps here.

Please let me know How to resolve it?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hey, try below things

    1. Check the permissions to access OneDrive: Check to see if the rights for OneDrive have changed. Power Automate might need to be given permission to access OneDrive again, or you could ask your administrator to check. Alternatively check onedrive web.

    2. Clear Your OneDrive passwords: In Windows Credential Manager, delete your saved OneDrive passwords and then sign in again.

    3. If you can log in to a different Microsoft account, try moving accounts to see if the problem still happens. Also, if you work in more than one setting, see if the problem shows up in any of them.

    Hi,

Are you experiencing this issue with a specific version? You may try to downgrading your PAD version to see if that resolves the problem.

It seems that recent patches for PAD have caused similar issues with OneDrive for many users. Therefore, it might be a good idea to raise a ticket with Microsoft.

    Thanks,

    Deenu

I'm getting this exact same error.  It just all of a sudden started yesterday.  I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what's going on.  Have you had any luck?  Thanks, Scott

I am wondering if this has anything to do with changes in the back end for auth/auth/sec

I myself lost my entire Tenant when something changed (and I am the admin so it wasn't me) and it locked out ALL admins..

So yeah, its possible its a change and nothing you did.

But i would log out of OneDrive on your machine. then log back in and see if that fixes it.

Yes This has happened to us as well on our end. We have been getting the OneDrive Access Denied Error.
We would also like to get our data back but cant access (Power Automate) to copy the data to another account.

I Believe This Either an Error on Microsoft, OneDrive or Power Automate.

Any luck resolving this issue? I'm in exactly the same position and have ran out of options to sort the problem.
