Adding a file to a form submission or an adaptive card ?

Hello,

So the case is that we need our people to be able not only to fill an expense form, but also attach the associated receipts.

The current process is having a form imported in Microsoft Teams, which our people fill and then the flow takes care of the rest.

The problem is, we'd like them to be able to attach a few images (receipts) alongside that submission.

Is there a way to do so? Maybe aby using the adaptive cards instead of MS forms?

Thanks but is there a way to accomplish that differently?

With, (hopefully) Adaptive cards and if not, building a solution through PowerApps?

Hi @Markos ,

The function that you mentioned to add a file to a form submission is not supported in microsoft flow currently, I afraid that your requirement couldn't be achieved with microsoft flow currently.
