So the case is that we need our people to be able not only to fill an expense form, but also attach the associated receipts.
The current process is having a form imported in Microsoft Teams, which our people fill and then the flow takes care of the rest.
The problem is, we'd like them to be able to attach a few images (receipts) alongside that submission.
Is there a way to do so? Maybe aby using the adaptive cards instead of MS forms?
