I have an approval process built in Teams, that I want to add a workflow to but can't seem to figure it out.

After an approver has approved, how can I send an email AFTER approval to an external email address to INCLUDE ALL attachments. Also, is there a way to include the PDF tthat can be generated after an approval showing the time stamps of approvers, in that same email?
