I created a power flow to send an email when an item has been created or modified in a sharepoint list, based on whether the column is yes or no. The email sends to the appropriate persons, however, if the column says "yes", and is modified later, an email is sent again. How do I avoid having the email sent again?

The only time the email should be sent is if the yes/no column is changed, but when any other columns are modified.
