Splitting a large image into multiple separate images

I collect postage stamps and have pdf and jpg images of the full sheets.

Can use microsoft AI and power BI to divide a sheet of postage stamps into an individual file for each stamp?  I would like to name the individual stamp files as the original file name, row, column to know the origin of each separate file.

    Once each stamp is in a separate file, I would like to use AI to identify the differences between pairs of images.
