I am trying to learn an hands on experience in power apps with premium access. Previously learned using DEV plan but now it doesn't work. Please help me to learn and do some hands on. Is there any other way ?

iam trying to do a Microsoft 365
Developer account but i cant if gives me error ( Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription )
You can only sign up for a Developer environment using a Work account (associated to an Entra instance), not a personal account. You can also create a Test Tenant if you do not have a work account, but this test tenant is only temporary.
