Add Workspace Name to a Dataflow Refresh Flow

Hello,

I have a set of Dataflows in Power BI set up in 3 different workspaces: Dev, Test, and Prod. The Dataflows are named the same throughout each. When I set up a Power Automate Flow to capture when a dataflow refresh completes, I want to capture the Workspace name that it lives in so that I can identify it as Dev, Test, or Prod. I'm using a table in Power Apps to capture the data, but its unclear to me how I would go about capturing the Workspace Name in the dataset. Is this something supported within Power Automate?

There's no need. Each dataflow has its own GUID.  Have a small side table that maps these GUIDs to their respective workspaces. But since your flow is already tied to a specific dataflow that may not even be necessary.  You will need three separate Power Automate flows anyway.

Would your solution be to create a manual table that maps these Dataflow IDs? I actually have about 30 dataflows in total (10 for each stage), so would have to map those manually? I'd be OK with that, though. Unless there is an automated way to do that mapping.

They can all use the same lookup table (you could keep that in a Sharepoint for example).

These IDs are assigned for life, so it is perfectly acceptable to create that list manually.
