I think the easiest is to create it from a Tutorial Screen as it has this carousel-like feature.
Once you are in the app, click on Home, click on New Screen, then select Tutorial.
You'll see that the gallery named TutorialNavigator1 has all the text and image variables in a hard-coded Table.
You can also see how the TutorialText1 and TutorialImage1 have their values set up to replicate the carousel.
If you don't want to do it from scratch, it's pretty flexible out of the box.
