Approval not sending email

Hi,

 

I have been using it for 1 year as an approval app and It was working good sending the approval to email and Teams, but two weeks ago suddenly it stopped sending the approval to email for one of the approvers. Now the Approver has to use Teams, but she does not use Teams regularly.

 

Weird, Other approvers still receiving approval on email and Teams.

 

I've already checked the email account and the spelling is correct.

 

Do you have any idea how to fix it?

    Hi,

     

    This is only speculation, but I would guess that the email is still being sent but its getting blocked at some step. You might want to talk with your Outlook admins and see if you can trace the email and see if its hitting the email inbox or if its getting blocked. Might want to check the junk folder too.

    In addition to the suggestion by @alrez you might have the user check their junk email and deleted items.  Also, have the user do a search for the approval emails.  It is possible that they inadvertently created a rule that is  deleting the emails or accidentally marked one of them as junk.
