Is it Possible to sent an e-mail with flow and a range from a excel file (from OneDrive) in the body in the mail?

Currently, the Excel connectors only allow for gathering and manipulating data at the table and row level - but the Create a table action does allow for a Table range string definition. Also, with the new Build and run flows from Excel capabilities (app addon), you should be able to run a Flow against a range directly from Flow.
If this is functionality you would like to see added to Flow or a Flow Template, please consider submitting it to the Flow Ideas page, where it can be voted on by other users, and tracked and commented on by the Flow team. There are currently a few similar requets already under voting:

Hi @frixel ,

As the pic show, the triggeris 'For a selected row'.

You need specific a Table in the excel file, which the selected row belong to.

You can selected from the Drop down box.
