UNABLE TO SIGN INTO KAIZALA

Hello I am trying to follow the Kaizala flow tutorial and I am unable to login despite verifying my pin correctly.

In particular I click on sign in and then obtain a pop window asking me to enter my number and then verify using

a one time pin that is sent to my phone.  This all works and after I press verify the pop goes away.  However

on the flow screen it says that the verification/login  window was closed prior to verifcation.  At this point I am

not signed in and can't use Kaizala flow components.

Any advice?

Seems like it was a problem with IE.  I tried on a Mac with Safari and was able to sign into Kaizala

    Hi @jappavoo,

Which browser do you use on your side?

Could you please show a bit more about the error message?

I have made a test on my side (I use Google Chrome on my side) and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:2.JPG

The Connection created successfully as below:4.JPG

Please take a try to clear cache of your browser and try again on your side. In addition, please check if you have allowed pop-ups in your browser.
