I'm receiving this error when i'm trying to save the form id. I have recently changed the ownership of form to group. From then i stopped receiving responses even though i'm part of that group. i tried to update the form id but still we are having issues with it.

As per the error, it says that table can't find. I'n not sure which table it talking about there were no table in my form. Thanks in advance for your help.

I had the same issue, it appears that the form ID can change when you move a form from a personal form to group form. Updating the form ID resolved the issue. In case you don't know where to find it you can get the form ID by navigating to it in forms and extracting it from the address. It will be the string following id=
