Dear All,
I'm trying to create a flow in the sharepoint site for business use, however I have encountered 3 such errors that says this operation violates data admin policy. Appreciate if anyone can advise why this error will occur since the Company has the license to use Microsoft Power Automate.

You'll need to contact IT / Environment Manager for this.
Looks to be an organisation policy and You'll need to ask if they would be willing to amend it to allow this.
