Power Automate not showing my profile and email address

When I open Power automate it says “Sorry there’s been a disconnect - We can’t find the page you’re looking for. Please verify the link and try again”.
 
If I press the home button it shows the main page and looks like I’m logged in but at the top right it doesn’t have my initials and my details, just a silhouette and when pressed a question mark
 
if I select settings and view my licenses it shows I have Power Automate free and standard connectors, I pay for 365 family and all other apps seem to work ok, I use forms and want to automate an email when submitted.

    Hi, I’ve tried that thank you. I’ve tried that and straight from Office on my laptop, iPad and iPhone, also tried the app on my iPhone. None of them seem to log me in properly.

    Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your browser or try accessing the URL in incognito mode.
     
    If neither of the above work, you may want to contact your IT department. They may have blocked access to Power Automate, which is what we do. Employees need to request access before they can get to it. I cannot remember the error message when you don't have access, but I don't think it is the error you are getting. The error you are getting isn't anything someone in the forum is most likely going to be able to answer if you're using the link I listed. You may need to have your IT department submit a ticket directly to Microsoft.

    Try to go to the default solution ( you can use the one from https://make.powerapps.com), find your flow if you want to continue working on the same one, otherwise try to + a new flow,  to see if that works for you. it might be server back end problem.
