I am new to the Power platform and I am loving learning and slowly building my app. I have created a Custom Connector that takes a postcode and gives us the constituency, this has been tested and is now working. I'm now trying to incorporate this in my Contact form so that when the Address1_PostalCode column is populated then the cre66_Constituency column gets updated with the output from the Connector.

This is what I have so far... Although I can locate my Connector, I cannot find a way to pass the postcode to the Connector. If someone can tell me step by step what I need to do, I'll be very grateful! I thought I was close to getting it sorted having managed to finally get the Connector to work today, but it looks like I'm not quite there...

    Just to double check, is the field not listed in the Dynamic Content?

    Normally you should be able to select it from there for the config of a next action. Can you also share a bit more details of your custom connector?

    Below is an example with a Compose action.

    Thanks @expiscornovus for your reply. I managed to move on a bit after posting, so yes I found the field I needed in the dynamic content. I thought I'd got it all sussed but it was still erroring. I've now had to leave it for a while to get the kids from school (then on to a football match) so will re-visit it later on hopefully.

    @Expiscornovus I replied while I was out and about earlier, but the tag didn't work, so you may not have seen my earlier reply.

    This is the error that I'm getting now...

    The postal code is text, not a number. That's why you cannot compare it to 0 (which is a number/integer)

    You can use an empty function for this to check that it is not empty instead.

    Btw, you could also use a trigger condition/filter on the first action as well. This would could prevent a lot of unnecessary flow runs.

    Below is an example of the condition action setup

    empty(triggerOutputs()?['body/address1_postalcode'])
    is equal to false

    Thanks again @expiscornovus (can't tag you for some reason!). I've tried to replicate your screenprint with no success. Please can you tell me step by step how I put the info in the first and third fields.

    You can add the expressions via the expression tab/fx button.

    Here are a couple of additional screenshots if that helps?
