Cannot get any help via "contact support" on the sign-up page!!

#2 - When I try to "try free" it requires a biz email! There are millions of freelance designers and developers out there supporting business that don't have this. WHY DO YOU INSIST ON MAKING THIS A REQUIREMENT!!!

3. Your Community sign-up process sucks. I create a post initially, but then after it took me through the "sign-up" process to post here, what I wrote was gone! Yet, it still shows "1 post" in my profile.
