Hello - I built a flow triggered with "when a new response is submitted" in Microsoft Forms, but it is not triggering when I attempt to test this. It appears to trigger when I test filling out the form with the account used to create the flow, but when I test with my own credentials, it doesn't trigger. The form is open to everyone in my company so I believe it should work. The flow itself is working - it just isn't getting the trigger from MS Forms. I've attached snippets of the overall flow design.
I believe the issue is in MS Forms. Below are also pics of this very simple form with just two questions and a file upload. When I fill out the form, I can see in the responses that the data goes through; however the flow doesn't trigger.
Any help as to why this is happening would be GREATLY appreciated. I've read a bunch of posts on this and it appears there have been glitches with this. One post suggested building a new flow so I tried that, but the flow still didn't trigger. (Frustrating!)
Thanks for any help anyone can provide!

Responses going through but flow doesn't trigger
I called MS support and received a response within the hour to look at this issue. There were no errors and during the call, the trigger worked. The support rep said if MS Form responses go through then the issue is likely the connection with Power Automate. Sometimes there is a delay of up to 5 minutes for the connection, but if this is happening to you and it's been longer than 5 minutes, the best thing is to submit a support ticket with Microsoft. I hope this helps others.
