When I try to import package file I got the following error on Power Automate "Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'microsoftforms' operation 'GetQuestions' failed with status code 'Forbidden'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": "707", "message": "UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. this sounds like you have hard coded a Form GUID (to me) and that form doesn't exist in the next environment and fails.
As i dont see a flow, or any thing else to help you with I have to guess.. but that's my knowledge based guess.
Make sure your forms etc are using environment variables not hard coded values.
