Hi,
I have created a Flow (testing at the moment) that accepts JSON via an HTTP POST then sends the data out via an email.
Does Flow log/retain any of the data that comes through the POST? If so, is there a way to disable that or delete the information retained? I'm assuming that it does as I'm able to select previous submissions when I test.

Do you want to delete/disable the logged information?

Further, Microsoft Flow audit events now is available in Office 365 Security & Compliance Center. You could go to the Audit log search screen for more actions:
