Convert Word Document to PDF error accessing the file

I had this flow running 21st dec 2022. And today it does not work.

I am trying to convert a Word Document to PDF. I have tried with a Sharepoint location and a OneDrive location. None of them work.

Thank you for replying.

I am sure the file i alright. This flow worked november and december last year. Also the proces I have screenshottet is based on a new Word file just created, and containg the word test. Uploaded to Sharepoint and then tried to convert it. Worked fine last year.

If I try your solution concerning the file, I get this:

This link is for repair files only.
If your files are fine, there should be no errors.

Maybe you can try other ways to convert word to PDF

Today the action seems to work. Nothing was changed in my flow. Yesterday multible tries with same outcome.

I can see that Microsoft had some issues about this action recently:
