Power automate desktop - problem JavaScript on web site

Hello,

I am trying to automate some interactions on a website. To do this I have prepared a javascript function that if inserted in the browser console gives me the result I want but if I try to automate it through PAD it does not return any results. The flow continues and at the top of the web page during the action "run javascript function on a web page" the following note appears for a few seconds "power automate is debugging the browser". How to solve?

Hi @CU24041709-0,

The message is common and not an error but a message indicating a JS is running so you can expect this. There's a ton of reason why this won't return any results and without seeing anything, it would all be guessing but the main root cause MAY BE that your script is running because the page is fully loaded. Add a delay and wait for web page content (from the very bottom to appear).

To add to trice602's suggestion.

Make sure you have return() and not for example a console.log() since there is no console for you to look at. Result -variable does not get values if you have console.log but you need to return the value so the Result gets it and you can see it in that variable in PAD.
