Dropdown values issue in output

Ok - I posted this issue in another post and for some odd reason it was closed as solved and it is not resolved. This was the link: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Convert-dropdown-IDs-into-names/m-p/2108107#M233785

Anyway...The are several dropdowns in the SP list. For Job Title, I was able to use the expression the guy from link tried to help me with another drop down list...it works just fine as I was able to pull the job title values in from the dynamic value list.  item()?['field_10/Value']

BUT WHY the home clinic values would NOT appear in the dynamic value list is beyond me. So there has to be another way to get rid of all the wording to just the highlighted clinics in the output.

Home Clinic VALUE will not appear in the Select action but would for other actions. The only thing we could see is that in the SP list, the column setting is different than the job title setting....So......I really need this figured out in the expression for Home Clinic....

Do they have to be able to "Allow multiple selections"? If you turned that off then it should solve the issue.

Unfortunately, yes as we have some clinic managers overseeing more than 1 clinic 😕

I just resolved this by breaking up the original column into three columns. I even had to delete the original HomeClinic column as there were issues with the output after flipping from yes to no for the multiple selections. With that said, I redid the HomeClinic column. The HomeClinic Value finally came up in the Dynamics Value list. Now, this is working like how I wanted. Thou, I need to figure out an expression to insert the commas between clinics. I tried hardcoding in the Select action and it came out obnoxious for those reporting less than one clinic...like 'Aurora ;;'

I need it to output 'Mesa on Arbor, Casa Grande, Show Low' for those with 3 clinics

'Mesa on Arbor, Casa Grande' for those with 2 clinics

'Mesa on Arbor' for those with just one clinic
