Flow failing on "Start an approval" on a new enironment

Hi all,

My flow has constantly been failing when it gets to "Start an approval" section after I moved it to a new environment. The flow works fine on the DEV environment.

I am in the UK and have been getting the "Error code: '500'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'." message. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @Anonymous,

First you need to make sure that you can create a Common Data Service in your environment so that the approval action works.

I saw in some similar Threads that there is an issue in the UK with Approval action.

There are mentioned some existing UK tenants created before March 2018 will work while it affects only new tenants created after March 2018.

v-bacao-msft Thanks for getting back to me, I have a working Common Data Service in my default environment and the approval action works there. The new environment has it as well and the tenant was made before March 2018

For now I will use the flow in the default environment until the issue in the UK is resolved thank you
