Did not receive approval email but approval visible on approval dashboard and mobile application

hello we are running many different cloud flow for a month and we have multiple approvals per cloud flow but this morning 16-05-2024. we have not received approval mails and approvals are visible on approval dashboard and mobile application. 

 

anyone else facing this issue ? 

 

how can i connect with microsoft professional because i have premium license and need to debug the cause of this issue ?
