Steps:
1. An Approval flow has been created, using the trigger: For a selected File.
2. 2 documents were uploaded in the library and the metadata was filled in for both of them.
3. One of the documents have been selected to be Approved.
4. The Approver received 2 approval emails for both documents.
Expected result: The Approver should have receieved only an approval email for the selected file.
Some screen shots has been attached.
I should appreciate very much if you could help me with this issue.
Thank you
I have the exact same issue like Claudia. There is no Dynamic content. i chose Library Name - Documents.
I was hoping to be able to find the right automatic trigger for approval FLOW instead of manual trigger.
Thank you very much for your fast reply.
When I want to add "Get file properties", I cannot see any of the properties
@claudia :
Your issue is that you started with Get Files - Properties only. You should start with "Get File Properties".
You should reference "ID" in Get File Properties rather than Identifier. There should be no loop at this point.
Because you used the Get Files command, you were put into a loop and bad things happened. You'll likely have to re-write a lot of your Flow.
Your Flow should start like this:
