problem with HTTP Action in the section Line API came up with an Error UnsupportedMediaType.

Previously, I used Line Notify and it worked normally. But when I switched to using Line's messaging API, I got an error UnsupportedMediaType as shown in the image attached below. Initially, I tried to find a way to fix it. I found that the JSON structure of multipart/form-data with all Base64 is not the format that the LINE Messaging API can use for sending messages. So I would like to ask for help for those who have encountered this problem. Is there a way to fix it without using JSON format? The image must be a Public URL that can be accessed from outside and then specified in originalContentUrl and previewImageUrl instead of sending Base64. Or is there any part that I misunderstood? You can explain or advise me further. I would appreciate it very much.

May I ask you why did you decide to use Line API instead of Power Automate Outlook connector?
