Cannot connect to SharePoint Office 365 list

When I try and connect to a SharePoint Office 365 list i get an error

Could not retrieve values. {"description":"Exception of type 'Microsoft.Identifies.Tokens.Invalidation' was thrown."}

I am trying to create a new entry in a SharePoint list on receiving an email but this error appears when in the SharePoint list drop down box after I enter the URL for the site. Any ideas?

I have tried connecting SPO List and it works fine last week. Can you check if you have required permission on the List?

Using office 365 personal tenancy of which I am an admin. Not sure if the issue lies with office 365 sharepoint lists at all
