Please help find the source of this error

Please help me find the source of this error so I can correct. I have trouble shot all the fields I could think of. Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    I notice that the issue will happen when creating Flow from Automated - from blank.Annotation 2019-10-23 101007.png

    Instead, you can create the flow by clicking the Instant - from blank at the below of Automated.Annotation 2019-10-23 101422.png
