ReportWe have made 2 app using Microsoft Power Apps connect to our on-premises SQL server through data Gateway server.
Since few months ago, we start losing the connection between the one app and the on-premises SQL data with BAD GATEWAY error.
In addition to a massive slowness from the application side in retrieving and storing the data in SQL database with failed queries.
Below some points to be considered from database side:
Looking into below activity monitor in SQL server, we see a very high number of send/receive bytes on network level. Also we have to many sessions connected to SQL server with status suspended and wait type of ASYNC-Network_IO.
