Hello Microsoft Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out because I've encountered an error that's been giving me some trouble while trying to import a Flow from one tenant (xyz.onmicrosoft.com) into another tenant(yzx.onmicrosoft.com). The error message I'm encountering is as follows:

Flow save failed with code 'MultipleErrorsOccurred' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'microsoftforms' operation 'GetQuestions' failed with status code 'Forbidden'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": "707", "message": "UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"OperationForbidden\",\"message\":\"Unauthorized Access\",\"innerError\":{\"code\":\"UnauthorizedAccess\"}}}", "@ms.form.error.type": "ExpectedFailure" } };The dynamic operation request to API 'sharepointonline' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'Unauthorized'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error_description": "Exception of type 'Microsoft.IdentityModel.Tokens.AudienceUriValidationFailedException' was thrown." }'.

Please check the image I am getting the same error while importing create as new. if I am exporting the flow as Update or Create as a new option.

My flow contains the connectors:
1. Microsoft Forms
2. SharePoint Online list
3. Planner

4.OneDrive for business

5. Outlook

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue when importing Flows across different tenants? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this error. I've double-checked my permissions and input parameters, but I might be missing something crucial.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. Your expertise would be immensely helpful in getting past this roadblock.

Best regards,

Haripriya

First of all, this is a cloud flow question, but you posted it in the forum for desktop flows. The correct place for cloud flow questions is here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows

As to your question, it seems that some of the actions you use are tenant specific. Most of the connections you listed will not work outside of your tenant, unless specific access has been provided to external users to access your resources (such as tables/lists in SharePoint, MS Forms responses, files in OneDrive, etc.).

If what you are trying to do is share a flow but have the person in the other tenant use their own connections, you should instead create a Solution, add the flow to the solution and then export it and import it to the new tenant. When you import it, you will be asked to provide connection reference mapping for the flow, meaning that you will need to have connections already available in the target tenant.

See here for more info on how solutions work: https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/solutions-in-microsoft-flow/

Please note that a Power Automate Premium license, or a similar license that includes Dataverse will be required to do the above, as Solutions use Dataverse.
