Hi there,
I need to take data from an Excel spreadsheet and fill out company booking forms. I would like to get three quotes for each client from taxi companies.
The spreadsheet will be populated with individual booking data on each row. Not all of it is needed to obtain a quote for the taxi. The taxi companies all have slightly different fields needed to populate their form.
The aim is to enter the client details in Excel> Run the power automate flow> Fill in the forms on each website simultaneously and generate a quote> choose the cheapest quote and book it manually with a click (with all the data already populated).
Because the client details are confidential, MS forms cannot be used by my organisation.
Are there any flows like this in existence? What would the best process be to construct it?
