How to transform forms reactions to tasks

I'm building an onboarding process. There is a screen that the boss need to fill in for the materials but I want the moment he wants to save the form (frmWorkMaterials) that every filled in record becomes a task in a different sharepoint list (TasksNewEmployees). How can I do this?
