Submit multiple rows with different fields at same time

Hello everybody

Could anyone help me with this doubt?

I have this case:

I need to send all of those itens at same time
It would be like this in table:

Crono Metodo Comentarios
1            0,5           X
1            0              Y
0            0              Z
0            ...              ...
...


What is the best way to do that?

    @eka24 Thank you for sharing, It will help me a lot

    But one thing that I need, Reza made It manually.
    At the begining of video, Reza input data manually with button, You know how can I input like 30+ predefined rows at same time for update other columns later like in the video?
