Dear Ser.

Hello.
When the data entered in Forms is output using the "Create Item" action in the SP list, a total of two lines are created: a data line and a blank line. I would like to have only data rows,
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

The flow is as follows

Two lines are output to the SP list.

    Hi @takami_matsumot ,

You might consider adding a conditional check before adding an item, creating the item only when the specified field's value is not empty.

    Dear Mr. v-bofeng-msft,

    Thank you for your answer.
I think the correct action is to create one row of output in one JOB. In my flow, two rows of output are created in one JOB.

    Hi @takami_matsumot ,

Typically, a "create item" action should only generate one item during execution. If you can confirm that this action is causing the issue of duplicating items, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    Dear Mr. @About v-bofengDear,

I was able to resolve the issue successfully.
I am embarrassed to say that the cause of the problem was that I left the test flow that I created to check the operation of the task "on", which caused two triggers to operate, and two lines of jobs in a single task.
Thank you very much for your help.

    Kind regards,
    Takami Matsumoto.
