how to take screenshot of SharePoint excel file data

hi everyone,

could you please advice me how to take screenshot in power automate of SharePoint list excel file data, i need to attached that screenshot on recurring basis on the email as this task is a repetitive .

your prompt response would be highly appreciated.

Can you please clarify, do you mean an actual screenshot of the files listed? I apologize I am not following what you mean by SharePoint list excel file data.

Can you share a picture of what you need to be able to better help you. There is no actual way to do a "screenshot" unless you used Desktop PAD but I am not sure thats what you actually mean.

You could build a nice HTML Table of details of a Document Library or List though if that would work.
