Adding Automatic reply by Bot internally using Microsoft Teams

Hi there! 

I'm using AI sentiments to analyze all incoming emails. To finalize the process, I using the 'post a choice of options as Flow bot to a user' action, after which the content is added to an online Excel sheet to meet future needs or for team reference without directly checking emails.

 

However, I encounter a problem, due to the volume of emails, I occasionally overlook adding my comments, resulting in the online Excel sheet not being updated. Can anyone provide ideas on how to resolve this? One solution I'm considering is setting a timer—if there's no response within 24 hours, the system would automatically add a comment or leave the section blank and update the online Excel sheet and terminate the flow. But I don't know how to do it !
