Coupa Connector

Iam trying to connect to Coupa using connectors ( from NovaGL) and receiving error "Something Unexpected happened".

I have created required credentials on Coupa side  (Client ID & Secret) and using them in Automate workflow.

Please suggest a solution.

    Hi,

     

    I'm the developer so I can help but i don't frequent these forms so its better to use the Coupa forms.

     

    Just confirming you've done the redirect uri and grant type correctly?

     

    Make sure when setting the instance name you only include to company name instead of

    contoso.coupahost.com

    you would just write contoso

    Looks like authentication with Coupa is successful but next step is failing. Not sure what it is.
